All of our trainers are working towards becoming International Sports Science Association (ISSA) certified. This means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and performance training. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

J.R. is an Elite level competitive powerlifter and former college football athlete. He has been coaching lifters since 1990 and competing since 1986. He has been certified with ISSA since 2001. His experience lies in training strength athletes, high school/college athletes. Particular focus is placed on form, function and performance.
